"Ac didn’t work in our room for more than ten minutes and it would shut off. Woke up a sweat puddle."

"We were travelling from England via Vancouver. I would like to see a policy for early arrivals who have appointments near the hotel. Our room was not ready when we arrived very early at 1.00pm, We were not offered a place to store our luggage or freshen up. We returned at 3.00pm and our room was still not available. Finally we were given another room where we could quickly freshen up before leaving for our 4.00pm. meeting. Many opportunities lost...having a drink in the bar or tea in the...

"Old but cleaned! We couldn’t start the heating system so it was cold. The reception lady was lovely and easy access to the kitchen"

"Clean to the max. Quaint and walking distance to the lake, bar and food and groceries. We asked the attendant many question and she was knowledgeable about everything. A great experience. I will be returning. Beautiful outdoor bonfire and grill as well. "

"Rooms were quiet. Great breakfast; lots of protein options! We were in a pet friendly room on ground level and it was very clean. We had a room with 2 doubles and one mattress was collapsing around the edges. I was able to sleep in the middle but if 2 adults were in that bed you might just roll off the side lol. Also found the polyester filled comforters really hot (but menopause is a beast that way HaHa!!) Staff was FANTASTIC! Super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The most outstanding feature of this property is their staff. They were courteous and considerate and even changed our room after we checked in because we did not like the originally assigned room mainly because of where it was situated. I think this is one of the cleanest hotel in its class that i have stayed at. The rooms are spacious clean. If i am ever back in Castlegar, i am definitely staying again."

"Room was great - the bed was so comfortable. Convenient location within walking distance of where we needed to go. We had dinner in the restaurant. Prices are more than we usually like to spend, but the food was amazing!"

"Glenwood Inn and Suites has become my favourite stay when I go to Trail. It’s clean, well kept and has the few things that I like when choosing a motel. Pool, hot tub and fridge, microwave inside the room. Plus it’s mere minutes from downtown Trail, where many amenities are. One can never go wrong with choosing Glenwood Inn and Suites."

"Fantastic location. Room was very clean but a bit stark. No artwork and no comfy chairs, only office chairs."
