Bank Holiday weekend booked fora spa weekend and the salon was shut the entire time of our stay. Disappointing. "Parking was easy and free during our stay. Too few staff with too much to do. We were not offered desert after our main meal and gave up waiting for anyone to check if we would like a desert! Overall the property needs a refresh as if is tired."
