"I live in the US and this is my second stay at the Three Swans. I like the fact it was an old coaching Inn … on booking I was not advised or asked if a room up a lot of steep stairs at the very top of the building would work for me…. I am 75 and it was hard work! The staff are generally helpful especially the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was excellent. The courtyard that runs alongside the building full of comfortable tables/chairs and many boxes of flowers is a delight. I love Market...

"We really enjoyed our stay for just one night. We found the parking convenient and safe, although we did an extra circuit of the campus as the signposting in the last 150 metres wasn't clear. "Hotel is near the Jubilee campus but not near city centre. Clean and big room and staff was helpful. We had to pay for carpark at £6 per day. There used to be free carpark before this. It would be good if hotel guests are given free carpark like before as the price of the hotel stay is not cheap."

The door hit into the bed as we walked in, there four sets of drawers (12 drawers!), a fridge, bed (very small), tub chair and massive TV.
