"Fantastic small hotel in the heart of the stunning old town in Tallinn. The staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly - and clearly take pride in their jobs. We had a really nice room overlooking the courtyard, which had all the amenities you’d need and plenty of space, and even fully functioning air conditioning - which I didn’t expect in such a historic building! I had my birthday whilst visiting and the staff made a big effort to recognise it. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel...

"Brilliant spa hotel, excellent facilities and upkeep of property. Spa has jacuzzis, steam, sauna, ice cold shower as well as salt water steam facility too, alongside the swimming pool. Best continental breakfast I have had in recent times. This hotel gives you the best bang for your buck. Simply go for it as locality and accessibility from high streets, malls and public transport options is also a win win"

The breakfast was good, but it could be improved by offering a wider selection of cheeses and fresh fruit. The main negative point was that guests were allowed to bring pet dogs into the breakfast area. "The room was clean and had a kitchen, so it was very comfortable. There is no washing machine in the room; you have to use the laundry room on the 2nd floor (for a fee). The location is convenient, within walking distance of the Old Town. Thank you 清潔な部屋でキッチンもあり、快適でした。 洗濯機は部屋に無く、2Fのランドリールームを使います(有料) 立地は旧市街まで徒歩圏内で便利です。 ありがとうございました。"

"The access codes we had been given didn't work at the gate. Their "online reception" is really just an artificial unintelligence bot on WhatsApp, and it kept saying it couldn't find our booking and couldn't help us because we had booked through Hotels.com instead of Revelton directly. Mind you, texting the unhelpful bot is the only way to communicate with Revelton, you cannot even call them when there's a problem. Luckily other guests arrived and they kindly let us in through the gate, and...
