"The hotel was very nice. The rooms are very roomy. The separate dressing room with an extra sink is nice. We had a balcony which was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the soap which had no scent. I never give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement, but it was rated very high like it was the last time we stayed there."

"The hotel was very clean and had a modern feel to it. Room was spacious, clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok depending on the day. The food for the most part was good enough. The flat sausage was to be desired. Few disappointments. I thought all of the Tru Hilton had a pool. "Pool was closed for technical issues over a month, only one elevator worked. Property has sticks piled up around landscape. Rooms were not clean, carpet was crunchy when you walked on it, furniture was stained , tub was dirty, walls were dirty, food and debris in foldout bed. I would not stay here again."
