"There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing."

"The hotel is very clean and the reception area is welcoming and friendly. We arrived and were immediately greeted and the check in was a breeze. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room has a spacious working area and comfortable seating if you like to seat and watch some tv or listen to music while relaxing. Breakfast is a definite perk here. "You could hear everything from the rooms upstairs. Kids running all night kept us awake. Guests sitting outside smoking. Stench of smoke was awful. Then we had a random man knock on our door, strung out on drugs and then tried to block my car in. Glad we were leaving, and we are not going back there."

"The cleanliness is noted in all aspects of our stay. I will definitely come back even just for a stay on the weekend. Only one thing that is out of the hotels control, parents need to be responsible for their kids actions. Kids were running, banging and knocking on doors past 10 pm at night. There seems to have been some sports activities going on during our stay and some lids were out of control."

"Do not ever in your life consider booking here. I cant stress enough. By far worst place i couldve ever picked to stay at. Broken appliances. Fridge doesnt work and leaks everywhere (and smells). Shower let out brown liquid. Burn marks on furniture and all over the duvet covers. And the constant cigarette smoke even in non smoking rooms. And on my last day…..roaches. Genuinely unbelievable this place stays open with these conditions"
