"When we arrived, the front desk took over 30 minutes to get us checked in. Other guests were coming in and asking why they couldn't connect to the wifi. While in line, we found out that the bar and restaurant were not open. We went to our room and it was run down and had an odor. I asked to check out so we could find another hotel. They eventually allowed us to change hotels. I would not recommended this hotel. "

"The hotel was in a great location and had a nice room. We did experience cold showers often while there. The bar was good but the restaurant had issues and were not the best at accommodating guests. Bikes that could be borrowed were very limited and had to get there early to get one. Able to walk to most locations or drive. "

"Dirty rooms. Dust everywhere. Doors that only I could close because it was so heavy. So my wife could not. No room service. I had to change the sheets myself. To compensate they did give me the parking for free. Will not stay there ever again!"

"The pool and beach are amazing at this resort. It is well situated to enjoy the North shore Princeville and the Waimea Canyon. The two large bathrooms were perfect fir traveling with an extended family. My granddaughter loved the sand Keiki pool. We had an amazing stay!"

"Room had an incredible view of the beach, air conditioner worked great and the staff was so helpful and amazing. We will for sure book this hotel again. "

"The room was clean you could smell the bleach, however the paint was peeling off the ceiling over the table, over the bed and over by the kitchen sink. Plus we are older adults and they gave us a third floor room and trying to pack 2 40 plus pound suitcases up that many stairs was ridiculous. The staff was nice, parking was ok. The toilet plugged up for no reason and for coincidence they happen to have 2 plungers under the bathroom sink. The hot water took about 5 to 10 minutes to get hot. We unfortunately will not plan on staying there again. If they would update the rooms and fix the plumbing it could be a super nice hotel. The grounds were beautiful. I would not stay there if i had kids because they have a bar at the pool so you have a bunch of drinking, questionable people watching children swimming. "

"Great location, very quiet place. However, they don’t have laundry inside condo, you will have to use the shared machines with extra cost. Free WiFi and heated pool are great."
