We wanted a hotel in Leamington with parking. There is a food court close by for meals other than breakfast. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was very good.

The toilet in the room wasn’t completely clean which was disappointing and the room was very hot overnight. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was of a good standard. Just about managed to get a parking space which was useful.

Staff was very helpful. Hotel is perfectly positioned. On site parking was a boon. Breakfast set us up for a whole day. Room was very dusty unfortunately with quite a few cobwebs but that wouldn't stop me from coming here again.

Rooms old very small mine was the premium version still small but did have a modern bathroom could hear people from outside from the pub people walkingpast not the best ,bar was being run by recepton staff breakfast room nice breakfast was ok staff was friendly under staffed though confirmed late checkout was changed on the day not happy value for money expensive would i go again no

Room was clean and comfortable and decor traditional and comforting but smaller than I thought. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do more for you. The breakfast was nice but took a time to come out as it was very busy and felt a little crowded. However I still felt worthy of going back.

Room was basic but good value, £12 parking is steep as there are roads a bit further out you can park for free on. Bathroom seal black with mould and heavy limescale on taps - carpets also need a clean. Overall good for a short stay though.

The hotel was fine, but the room faced the pub opposite which was quite noisy. As was the road. Maybe to be expected with a hotel in this location. Breakfast was lovely. A great fry up. The idea of handing in key to reception when going out was a bit strange. I didn't like that. I want to come and go without fuss.

The room was lovely with a really nice en suite shower. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty. There was adequate parking availablewhich was payable at the hotel. The carpets were very worn, especially on the stairs but everywhere was clean.
