The room was not what we expected it did look like picture, but sink was cracked heating went off at night and towel rail didn’t work.restaurant menu was limited. On the plus breakfast was excellent staff were really nice.

Lovely hotel. Comfortable beds, good sized rooms, excellent showers, good breakfast. One small complaint : only two disabled parking spaces, the other two have been turned into electric charging spaces.

All staff were polite and helpful and the restaurant was good. The room was extremely noisy when the window was open (trying to cool it) with an A road about 50 metres away, so had to settle for a warm room with no fresh air :( Maintenance is sorely lacking - the blinds don't open and parts of the blinds lying on the floor, some bathroom finishings missing. Not the standard one expects of a 4 star hotel. Worst of all I came really close to breaking my ankle walking to the car park in the pitch dark, getting around a group unloading their vehicle on the path and stepped on the edge of a very large pothole that was impossible to see in the dark, management need to be more attentive to health and safety issues like this.

Excellent breakfast and good evening meal with friendly attentive waiting staff. No shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom and a loud drip, drip sound of water falling onto a metal sheet on the flat roof immediately outside my room meant I had a poor night sleep.

Weekend stay

Great hotel for a short break. Was generally happy with Stay, staff members were very friendly, especially Nabeela. Only point I would like to raise is, we were disappointed with the rooftop view we had from the room, thought hotel was full, so we just excepted it. We like to look relax and look out of the window.

Perfect hotel for a night in Leamington Spa

Comfortable room. Very clean. Nice bed and temperature. Spacious and quiet. Not a good selection of hotels in Leamington so pleased to have found this!

Fantasic Hotel
