"Even though the hotel is a bit old and tired (it will close for a year for a very welcome renovation of the 340 rooms and amenities), Eren and his staff made the stay incredibly enjoyable. They bend backwards to accommodate your every wish and treat you like royalty. Truly exceptional, well done!!"

"I booked a King sized bed with a jetted tub for me and my wife but we weren't able to use it as the water in the tub is dirty. I tried rinsing the tub several times but the water is still dirty. We called and informed the staff about this and they initially told us that they might be able to offer us another room with a jetted tub but later on, we were informed that the room they were offering had the same issue. Quite disappointing and a waste of money for something you paid for but not able...
