"This is my second stay here after an overnight stay last June. I aim to book here whenever I can going forward as it was as good if not better which was a high bar to begin with. Parking is really convenient. It was a great room with lovely air-conditioning which was required for such a warm, April day. I had a great workout in the well-equipped gym. "While the hotel itself was good the experience with the staff was awful. We had 10 rooms and many, many issues over 3 days that could/should have been easily avoided. A lack of good CX skills, empathy and willingness to address simple things made for a very poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel unfortunately."
