"The house has rooms which are let and reminded me of a hostel. The web description of what I paid for did not tally with the room I was offered. I found I had a room on the second floor with an en-suite bathroom, an air conditioning unit which was not working, but a fan which was. The bathroom was well ventilated by a Velux window. The communal areas and staircase were not smart. The room was clean and had a kettle, tea & coffee etc. Given the price relative to local hotels it was OK for value....

"Very helpful and accommodating staff. A beautiful new hotel, right next to our gate for our Westjet flight! Very convenient as we didn’t need to leave the terminal, as the entrance and signage for the hotel is right there! Btw… you can take airport luggage carts to the hotel even though signs advise otherwise…"

"We had a two night stay here. In a standard room which was a ‘cosy double’ the room felt small but it was a comfortable sleep. The room was clean, great location also the staff were very helpful. I did not get a chance to use the spa facilities so I can’t comment on that area. If I was to return I would book a bigger room. Overall great stay."

Rooms not been cleaned for a long while 1st room covered in dust and bathroom stinking of sewers. 2nd room covered in dust, Dried blood on bed cover and pillow cases, tiles falling off walls in bathroom. Breakfast was dreadfull did not eat beans cold, mushroom srivelled up like rubber bullets. Apparently no manager on site to deal with this still awaiting his call to arange for a full refund.
