"The room was not ready!! Beds weren't made. Towels on floor trash everywhere. Said they could not clean housekeeping was not there. Could not get another room all booked. I'm 73 used Expedia lost money and handicapped. Did not need this abuse. I would like our money back!!!!!!! Terrible terrible experience. Was there to watch my grandaughter perform in competition. Four hours away from home What can be done"

"We stay at Brookwood Inn every time we come to Branson. : ) You can't beat the price for what you get. Our room was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the free breakfast. After a busy day in Branson, we are usually too tired to stay up late for the cobbler and ice cream, but I bet it's great! Maybe move the time to a little earlier? "Front desk was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze, they gave recommendations for dinner, let us use some games for some family game time, and check-out was a piece of cake. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. We did not know about a cheer competition going on at the facility before we booked, so the restaurant wasn't serving their normal menu due to that event, again, not a deal breaker, but the service there wasn't the best."

"I was glad to hear and see the newly renovated rooms however, of course the room we were given was an older completely outdated room. The bathtub faucets were basically coming out of the walls, the one toilet lever barely worked, and with how outdated the place was it just felt dirty even though I know it wasn’t. It was definitely not what we expected based on photos but maybe I need to really look close and zoom in on photos next time."

"Will stay here again. Prices were low but the rooms were nice. We had a king room and there was lots of open space inside. Breakfast is pretty standard for a free breakfast. That said the biscuit and gravy was good. Staff was friendly and gave us recommendations when we asked. While the property is dated, the rooms were updated and we felt safe."

Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. "The room smelled a little musty when we first arrived. After turning on the AC and went out for a couple of hours we came back and there was no smell at all. It might be helpful to the customer if the AC was turned on before they arrive to prevent this issue. The man at the front counter was very nice."
