"The shower was not fixed to the wall properly, black mould was present all around the bottom of the shower and in between the grouting. I refused to use the shower but when my son did the bathroom flooded and also the area outside the bathroom by the back door. Radiators looked dirty and paint was flaking from them. There were cracks in the plaster on the walls and the wall paper was peeling. In the double bedroom there was a damp patch on the wall above the bed. The pictures on the website...

"Very cozy and quiet"

"Stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. Very quirky house and great to have the coach house to ourselves. Very clean and well equipped property with a lot more space than you would in a hotel room. The owners communicate very well and we checked in at 9:30pm and wasn't an issue. Very close to Moseley town centre where there are plenty of pubs, cafe and restaurants. Would definitely recommend"

"Overall the house was comfortable and cosy. The only drawback was that we did not find any extra pillows and bedrooms have no lampshades. The location was excellent and only around 25 mins walk to the town centre. Tasco is only 10 mins walk away and Abington Park around 15mins walk. Other shops are also within walking distance. The host was always reachable and even allowed us to keep the suitcases in the house after check out at 11am since the taxi came for us later. Will definitely recommend. "
