This was our second annual wedding anniversary trip and our second time staying in this resort. The first time was immaculate. The second time the rooms smell like a lot of mold everything is patched up was molded. The rooms was almost unlivable. We spent most of our time out of the hotel or on the balcony because you could barely breathe inside the hotel room. The minibar, which on the site says the stock daily every time we called they had a different excuse, saying the minibar only includes solar and water, no beer or liquor, which was in there the first time which rocked every day last year. The food was terrible all of it. We paid extra money for the moonlight dinner on the beach for our anniversary, which was on May 12 it was supposed to be a celebration. The steak was overcooked the everything before the steak was cold. I don’t know if it was supposed to be served cold but everything was cold and we had to pay $200 for this event as well as pay additional hundred dollars for some cheap Moscato. My husband was very disappointed and not wanting to stay here again. I never got the happy anniversary banner on my door like I did last year and asked him about it and they stated that don’t worry everything will be set up very nice. Nothing never happened. The only good thing was the excursions in which we were harrassed into because people there did much more and paid much less for just myself and husband we paid over $600 however we did enjoy that part. our 23 anniversary

Upon speaking with the security "Jermaine" yesterday he outlined and showed me that another security lady was the reason for miscommunication regarding my stay at luxury vs grand. Which has changed my emtired mood with this clarity and looking forward tonky next stay.

The resort is absolutely amazing and the staff and entertainment staff is outstanding. I just Wish they had a little more night life for adults! Other than that everything was amazing.

The staff and service were exceptional. Lots of dining options for supper (with reservations), plenty of activities available and beach areas. Resort is well used and could do with some updating of things like wobbly tables and some worn out chairs in the lounge areas.

Everything was at superlative , excepting one thing that I am not sure if it's property fault or not . One day , I booked a scuba day trip with one on the company that operate on one of their beach . The " scuba day trip" was in fact a half hour snorkeling trip and a stop to a beach with a small restaurant . It's false advertising ( the name of the boat/company is Scubaquatic )

Didn’t have properly functioning water throughout our stay. Scalding hot with no cold water made it nearly impossible to shower, and no water at all (hot or cold) to use the faucets or flush the toilet for 2 days! Despite multiple reports to staff nothing was done to fix this during our stay. Very disappointing and would not return because of this.

Misleading. Adults only was 1/3 of property. Majority of dining and entertainment were not adults only. 2/3 of resort set up for families. Resort was built in 2006 as a family resort. Converted 1/3 to adults only in 2014. Wife and I were deeply disappointed and will never go back. Not a true adults only resort. Avoid at all costs.

My overall experience was really good. I traveled with a group of 10. Based on everyone’s feedback we would highly recommend checking out this resort. There were a couple of issues related to booking the gourmet restaurants but they were eventually resolved. The staff was very helpful and friendly overall. If you can swing it book an ocean view room.

Absolutely loved our stay here. From Ms. Holly at the front to the restaurant staff at Rodizzio for my wife’s birthday dinner (big shout Kenard!) and the entertainment staff (my guys Clive and Carlyle at the swim up bar are the nicest dudes!) The property is beautiful, easy to traverse with the carts and the activities are easy to enjoy. Definitely returning soon!

On April 15th, 2024, we tried checking in at 2:48pm and the woman at the front desk (long braids, half up in a bun and half down and glasses) was very rude. She told us the room was not ready, even though we were told check-in time was at 3pm. We had specifically requested that one of the 3 rooms we booked, be a double. She said none were available, even though, I overheard someone who checked-in in after us receive a double room. She told us to go to lunch and come back and hopefully the room would be ready. We went to lunch and the buffet was covered with flies in one area, which was disgusting. We came back to the desk around 4:30 and were able to check -in, and then had to wait for our bags, which arrived to our room until 6:30pm. So we could not shower or brush our teeth until we received our bags. The hotel room was disgustingly hot. I went to my sisters room and mother’s and they were hot too. We thought maybe they didn’t turn on the AC because the card was not in the slot by the entrance of the room which is necessary to make the AC be on. We showered and once you got out of the bathroom and got dressed, it felt like you needed another shower. We went to dinner and walked around the property and were out of the room for about 4-5 hours. When we got back, all of the rooms were still hot. I was hesitant to stay here based on the reviews. But I must say I am GLAD I DIDN'T LISTEN! This was by far the best experience I've had all inclusive wise in a VERY long time. My wife & I enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We were treated so well by every staff we encountered. It was my wife's birthday and they showered her with so much love the both of us. So good we will be returning in July just because. Do not believe every review sometimes other's just weren't satisfied because 1 thing wasn't done. Our AC worked great, our room was nice with a nice view, we had 0 problems with guest services and every time we called for ANYTHING it was brought up in less than 30 minutes. So again this might have been because we treat people with respect. So to each it's own lol. SEE YOU IN JULY!!!

On April15th, 2024, we tried checking in at 2:48pm and the woman at the front desk (long braids, half up in a bun and half down and glasses) was very rude. She told us the room was not ready, even though we were told check-in time was at 3pm. We had specifically requested that one of the 3 rooms we booked, be a double. She said none were available, even though, I overheard someone who checked-in in after us receive a double room. She told us to go to lunch and come back and hopefully the room would be ready. We went to lunch and the buffet was covered with flies in one area, which was disgusting. We absolutely loved this Adult Only property. Other than the pool closing at 6 and needing additional vegan food options, everything was practically perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. They checked on us daily to identify any needs we may have had. They also marked our room with a birthday banner to celebrate my husband's birthday. Food options were tasty and plentiful.
