"Everything was great. The staff, the room and breakfast all met and exceeded expectations "

"Room was good size and river view was superb? Three very fast elevators. Not much in the way of hotel amenities. Parking was NOTincluded so actually made the price for the room anout $25 more per day. Walking distant to a number of downtown venues (i e ROGERS CENTRE). No housekeeping untilb3days - when i asked about it - they came each day - a balance would be better. Breakfast buffet not included and a littld pricey but no options vlose by. "

"The hotel feels old and outdated. The washroom is right next to the bed, which is uncomfortable, and it has poor ventilation. The carpet is worn out and makes the room feel unclean. Overall, not a great experience."

"The person at the front desk was the most wooden, unfriendly person I have ever seen in a hotel position I am still waiting for my email receipt of my bill. I will not return to this hotel because of him."

"I love this hotel. It’s clean, parking lot is safe, rooms are large, staff is wonderful, chop has room service. I do wish they had makeup wipes in their rooms though. "
