"Everything was just OK. Not really any better or worse than I expected. The real problem was the heat would not shut off. Even when you put it in the cool position, heat blared out of the vent. There was also an AC unit in the outside wall. We shut the heat, totally off and cranked the AC, but there was no cool air coming from it at all. I will see that I don’t generally have complaints and we have stayed here several times before, but this particular time was not comfortable."

"Really nice gym. Good breakfast with wide selection and plenty of fresh, quality food. Breakfast staff is particularly attentive and clearly cares about the quality of their work. We loved the little messages on the bananas. Room was very clean. A very pleasant experience overall."

"We checked in with no issues. The room was bigger than expected and pretty clean. Our only issue was that the floor was not totally clean in the closet and the bathroom. We took advantage of the free breakfast and it was great! Lots of fresh coffee and choices of food. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!"

"Stayed here when moving my daughter from JWU. The hotel and room were very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is a quick walk to JWU’s campus and there’s lots of restaurants and boutiques nearby, with the mall across the street. We also enjoyed the free breakfast which had a wide variety of options. Will definitely stay here again! "

"My spouse and I definitely enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for just a couple days stay. They were very pet friendly which was great since I have a service dog. They also have doggy stations in the back of the building to toss the poop. The staff were very helpful and so cool! "The place was just dirty, hallways never vacuumed. Rooms if you looked close enough not to clean. The same dirt and pennies were literally in the hallway for my whole stay. Room key kept failing so needed to be reset constantly. Very small tv and reception was not good a lot of times.
