"This is a very nice property. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room spacious and comfortable. The location was very convenient with nearby public transport, shopping, restaurants and parks. There is a lift on site, but also a couple of stairs. They also allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived early in the morning. My only issue was with the shower. You cannot adjust the temperature or turn the water off when your hands are wet and the water is scalding hot. Had to use a face...

"The staff are amazing so friendly and helpful. The rooms and the food were really good. It is only a short walk to the nearest tube station. We had a fantastic stay and would be happy to return. "

"Close to Paddington station, Hyde Park and lots of eating options. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, and friendly staff, but had to ask twice for soap. Also an extremly small bathroom with nowhere to hang towels, and a leaking shower hose that wet the whole bathroom. Dated decore throughout, very limited space for luggage."

"It was a good short stay, the parking was reasonably priced but we didn’t end up using it our car broke down. We ended up at the hotel really late and the staff were very accommodating so thank you. Would choose the hotel again for a short stay. "

"This is an unusual format for a hotel but it works very well. Some of the single rooms have dedicated private bath/shower rooms separate from their bedroom with personal key. I was travelling ight and I really appreciated the dressing gown which came with the room. The breakfast room was bright and the service matched it. The railway station is quite close and the town centre lues just beyond it, all downhill so a taxi back may be a comfortabe option. i found the staff veary helpful. "
