"Hi we always have a lovely stay at your hotel and I've given Google reviews to say so. I thought I would just mention though that this time our room was a let down. It was more of a cosy room than an executive. No where to put anything and my partner smashed his head twice. I would say it was more like the staffs quarters from years ago. I would recommend you just check the rooms description because apart from the towels nothing else was executive about it. But, we love your hotel and you know...

"The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. "Room was huge with a large comfy king size bed. Plush dressing gowns and towels. Air con didn’t cool the room down very much and although I had a balcony couldn’t leave the door open as room was near the road. Not that you heard it with the door shut. Lovely hotel. Great location an beautiful views. "

"Well designed, comfortable modern room with view of the Thames. Use of secure car park just next to the hotel. Ideally located for stay after visit to RHS Wisley. Great access to London by train. Excellent bar and super menu with something for all in the restaurant… All in all when topped up by super staff this is a great little hotel and deserves its burgeoning reputation! Hope to get down from Yorkshire again sometime and will definitely look to stay again!"
