"Excellent hotel. The staff are especially outstanding, above and beyond helpful and friendly with excellent customer service. The facilities are excellent. The only niggle was the central heating/AC controls didn’t respond in both rooms which i think was due to a central override so that was annoying. "

"Started my Easter adventure with a 3 night stay at this hotel and returned for a 1 night stay to break up my journey home from Dover. I was told I had been upgraded from a double to an executive double but I’m not sure if that was true as the room was identical to the superior room I previously had. My only criticism is that the WiFi wasn’t secure - and that isn’t acceptable really."

"Very comfortable bed and nice location. Only negative is the fact that the mains radiator never came on and the front desk didn’t do anything about it when notified so was a little cold. Shower was also difficult to turn off. "

"Excellent hotel right next door to Mercedes World . Every member of staff were friendly and helpful . Restaurant was a bit pricey but breakfast was very good . Was impressed with the gluten free station outside of the main breakfast food area . Good selection of food , well cooked and presented . Room was spacious and clean . Very comfortable apart from being very warm but well inpressed with the hotel and would definitely stay again if we visit Mercedes World"
