"The hotel is really lovely. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I loved the Masala chai, the dosas and the buffet. All the staff (checkin/restaurant, housekeeping, concierge) are all pleasant, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my stay. "Terrible experience! Our room had no elevator access and it was a maze with no signage to help finding it. No fridge, no phone in the room. We were told our luggage would be brought to our room, were told the luggage had been brought, and it wasn’t there, so we had to go chasing after it. Steps up with no ramp at the entrance. AVOID!!!!"
