"It was okay. A functional room for one person. It will be tight for two people. Other things they advertise in the hotel such as breakfast and wine and cheese daily are for an additional charge or membership, which travelers won’t usually have memberships. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, not your usual daily room cleaning like most hotels. "

"We had a triple room in the annex building. Room had a decent size and in good condition, but a bit hot and air conditioning system made too much noise to leave on for long. Bed was a bit hard. Otherwise staff was really helpful and nice, and location is great, close to many restaurants, buses and shops, Victoria station is just 10 minutes walk away."

"Walking distance to Paddington Station, this was reason for choosing it for quick overnight stay. The room had minimal space for storage, hanging hooks or shelves. We had rain-soaked luggage requiring unpacking all & attempting to dry out, which this room did not accommodate. Nice staff, invited us to store luggage which we didn’t need."

"Room was clean and a great size, but dated. Restaurant dinner was excellent, we had a seafood sharing platter and surf and turf sharer both a real treat. Nicely presented and cooked. Waitress (sorry I didn’t take name to mention, 7pm table of 4 Friday 10/4) was brilliant, really attentive and excellent with our kids (daughter 9 and son 13.) thank you! "A very warm welcome and early check-in which was much appreciated. Check-in was highly efficient. Doormen were very friendly and eager to assist. If anything, front of house service was a little overbearing. I fully appreciate that staff are striving to deliver the most attentive service, but at times it felt more intrusive rather than helpful.
