"Decided to have a staycation in the city to avoid flying for Spring Break with my teenage daughter. The stay was meh and the room was not as expected. The employee at the front desk made me feel like a second class citizen for booking with Expedia. For the price that I paid, felt it should’ve been a different experience. The “city view” was literally looking at the buildings next door. I found out at checkout that the complimentary parking was not complimentary. Overall, it’s a great location...

"So lets start with the very minor negative stuff.. The instructions and signposting on the property to find the entrance sucks. The entrance is located at the entrance to the restaurant and gets a little lost in all that is happening in the area! That is the negative, and the only negative I found.
The Good. EVERYTHING. The shower is amazing, the bed is good, the view outstanding. The cleaniness was amazing. Easy access to the restaurants! "

"Really friendly staff and loved how comfortable my bed was. Beautiful view of the navy pier and a really nice bathroom with a tub and shower. Only complaint MIGHT be (nitpicking) the location being outside the downtown area instead of being central. But it was fairly quiet and still an enjoyable stay."

"I travelled for my birthday and I had an awesome time. The staff were very friendly and kind. All staff were extremely helpful and attentive. They remembered my birthday and each greeting felt special and personal. I looked forward to breakfast each morning to enjoy their tasty spread. My room was very comfortable and clean with amazing views . The hotel is located in a great area where you walk to great places with the bus stop around the corner.
