"Everything was perfect, nice hotel in front of a shopping center and close to airport. Nice amenities. Spa, gym.
Front desk person was not that friendly to be honest so it didn’t leave a good impression.
She was on the shift on Thursday August 27th at around 9:30 pm. Don’t remember her name.
Anyway, for hospitality industry this is unacceptable. No big deal but you guys need to address this.

"This is a comfortable 5* hotel in Bratislava. It is on the periphery of town, across from the new National Theater. (The old one is on the other side of town and was closed at the time.) Staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived late and had "dinner" in the club lounge - marginal. Good breakfast buffet. We had a junior suite, which was quite comfortable. We would stay there again."

"Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan.
Der Zustand des Zimmer war leider nicht wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Der Verdunklungsvorhang war teilweise lose. Eine Reparatur wurde, trotz Hinweis an der Rezeption in unserem Aufenthaltszeitrum nicht durchgeführt. Der Teppich in der Mitte des Raumes hat schon bessere Tage gesehen. Der Tisch zeigte massiver Beschädigungen. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.
