"Enjoyed that I could come and go without any need to interact with anyone. Sort of like having my own personal home/mansion. Beautiful location and grounds. If I had time for a longer stay, I would have had more time to enjoy the building and its grounds. Checkout was a simple as leaving the key and locking the front door. Hope to be back again one day!! "No issues, clean small room with AC, friendly staff and option to leave bags after checkout. Amenities were a little lacking such as toilet paper (very thin), very basic body wash and shampoo. Cleaning chemicals used were also not pleasant. Overall good hotel, minor things, would stay again."

"I like the location, room conditions is ok. However the room needs maintenance, the toilet light was flickering and turn off on its own. The shower handle popped out in the middle of showering for my little one. The on suite shower room is low is height, I have to bend my head to suit a fix shower head which is less than 1.8m. "The check-in process was extremely frustrating. It required multiple phone calls telling me I'd receive links to confirm check in which didn't come through. Even with all the phone calls to confirm, the process the check-in confirmation was not provided until two hours after the scheduled check-in time. "It was clean and comfortable for a 3 star hotel, very noisy being next to the highway, but tolerable. No cutlery or plates were supplied. Very reasonable price."

Unable to get any Australian free to air on the Tv only B grade American channels or paid streaming. Location was perfect for us. "

"The Sheraton was wonderful, I loved the layout, walking over water to get to various places, such as pool, beach or dinning. The gym for me was amazing, equipment modern and looked brand new. We had a small issue with our shower pressure 3 days in, this was attended to very promptly and we were given cards to another room in case we wanted to shower. The food was impressive, we shared a seafood tower. My husband says the best seafood tower he has eaten. We will be back next year."
