Half of the equipment was broke - from gym equipment, phone system (none of the phones work including the emergency phone in the gym) to the ice machines. Water pressure was poor. "The stay was wonderful and the breakfast was a hit with the kids. The staff (front desk) went above and beyond to accommodate us and help with their knowledge of the area. The only thing that could have been improved on was the hot tub had way too much chlorine and it made our eyes burn so bad we couldn’t stay to enjoy. Overall, wonderful stay."
