"We stayed here for the World Cup and had a great experience. Clean, spacious property very conveniently located for activities in downtown Cleveland, and along the streetcar line. It’s connected to a shopping mall and food court with a nice pool and plenty of onsite dining. Very helpful staff, especially Abby at the front desk who helped us deal with a minor issue with our room quickly and professionally. Highly recommend."

"The only reason for the 4 star review is that the shampoo in the shower was empty, and the shower itself was not pristine. It WAS clean, but the corners need some "love""

"We went to Kansas City for WC game. When we arrived at the hotel, around 11:00am, it was very kind of them to let us check in right away, instead of waiting at 4pm. The staff is very nice and helpful, like a local tour guide, gave us ideas how to get to stadium by bus. The hotel is very clean. Its location is right at the downtown, walking distance to street car, bus and tourist places. The breakfast is good and have all you need for the a typical American breakfast. "The hotel was very nice. We were there for World Cup soccer. Disappointed the hotel didnt have any soccer themed decor anywhere. Didn't feel like the energy the rest of city had. Only 1 pack of coffee for room reserved for 2 people. Shampoo was empty. We called for more of each, never got it. Room was very clean and location ideal."

"The A/C worked well and was quiet. The beds are very uncomfortable. Our toilet lever didn't work. We unpacked and pulled out the couch bed, got all situated before we discovered the toilet. Since it was a Sunday, there was no maintenance available to fix it. The only remedy was to change rooms, which they offered. But, with 3 small kids and already all unpacked and one kid was asleep on the bed, we stayed. Had to take off the top of the back of the stool and put out hand in the water to manually...

"The air conditioning was broken during an extreme heat wave. It had been broken. They did not tell guests when they checked in it was broken misrepresenting what was advertised for amenities for the hotel. They took the $520/night and waited for guests to “discover” this very unpleasant surprise. Shockingly unprofessional and amongst the worst staff and hotel experiences I’ve ever had."
