"Great value for the price."

"Great stay for a soccer tournament weekend! The hotel was excellent overall. My teenage son absolutely loved the **pool and gym**, which was a huge bonus after long days at the fields. The room itself was amazing — very clean, comfortable, and the **bathroom stood out as especially spacious and spotless**, which we really appreciated. The **lounge/common area near the parking garage** was also a fun and relaxing spot to hang out between games and downtime. Staff was friendly, and the property...

"Everything was great except the pool. It was kind of grimy looking. But that isn't something that is a necessity for us. The room was spacious with plenty of desk space for us to work remotely. The kitchenette had the necessary pots/pans/etc to make some basic dinners. We stayed a week while visiting kids/grandkids near by. It was perfect for us and I suspect we will be booking it again."

"The toilet was dirty when we got to our room. The sink didn't drain, the tub had a piece of cloth or ribbon stuck in the drain. The front desk staff were missing for 15min when I came to check in. Breakfast was fine. Parking was fine."

"As soon as I walked in the room smelled stale. The bathroom was full of mold and paint was damaged everywhere. The towels were very old and damaged. The sleeping area was not much better. The bed covers smelled old and had a couple of bugs on it. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. Overall I will never stay at a Fairfield hotel again."
