"It’s an old hotel dark and extremely outdated. Would have have been ok in the 70s. The restaurant staff is sooo slow and the food was mediocre"

"The staff was not helpful when it came to the parking. It was extremely limited and we were not told they only take cash. Not only did we have to walk to nearest ATM staff failed to notify us they had limited change therefore had to walk to nearest store to get change. The room was clean, but small restroom and closet."

"Parking is not good. You have to park on the street. Lots of homeless walking around. Had trouble with the TV. Went to dinner and maintenance fixed it while we were out. But they left the a/c on at 58 degrees. When we got back out room was an ice box. Could go to bed for an hour before the room warmed up."

"The Miyako Hybrid Hotel continues to be my favorite place to stay in the South Bay of L.A. County. It's located to some great eateries as well as having an excellent Japanese restaurant in the hotel. The room was fantastic and the bathroom...I can't say enough about it. The heated commode seat with the bidet is NOT overrated. The walk in shower with the ceiling shower is amazing. The tub is so deep it drowns your stress away. Make a reservation to stay here!"

"The perfect trip! We stayed in LB as we needed to be close to Redondo Beach as well as the OC. Dockside was the perfect location. This was a short trip for my daughter’s wedding, but we are already making plans to come back. Everything about Dockside was on point. They accommodated our late check in, the place was immaculate and you can easily walk to the Long Beach hot spots. To top it off, I opened my mailbox today and found a photo we accidentally left onboard. They mailed it to us! ...
