The place is a little secluded but if you are needing to stop before a flight, then this is the hotel for you. The rooms are pretty big, comfortable bed and super clean. We arrived late and were able to buy frozen food from hotel which turned out pretty good. Excellent staff…front desk young lady was very attentive and driver very punctual (ready to take us @4am)…

The main reason we booked here was the 24hr airport transfer (our flight arrived late at night) and they delivered! The only non stressful part of our trip to Phuket from NZ. The staff were lovely, the man who picked us up from the airport even took us to 7-Eleven on the way back which was super helpful. The room was really nice, clean and spacious. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Great, affordable hotel, good location by airport!
Lovely, clean hotel, great friendly staff. Good enough English to get us settled in. Can’t beat the price, service, and location close to the airport. We got in almost at midnight and the shuttle service and check in were still available. The next day we wanted to return to airport but staff said we’d have to hire a taxi as the shuttle is only way. Good to know for the future as we hadn’t prepared. Walked 2km to main road to get a taxi. Minor problem but still very grateful for our night here. We had been in hostels for 1.5 weeks leading up to this night. Spacious room and king bed. Will stay again!

When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist informed they were over booked and there are no more rooms available. I had reserved 2 rooms and paid online prior before arriving. Luckily the hotel next door had rooms available and was cheaper.

good airport stopover
We needed a place to crash for a few hours when our flight leaving Phuket was significantly delayed. It’s located a few km away from the airport, and there’s a shuttle Service to the airport from the hotel (I’m not sure about shuttle service from airport to hotel), which was a reason I selected this particular hotel. It’s quite remote, and I didn’t see any facilities nearby. We didn’t need any additional facilities and had our own food etc. The room was comfortable, spacious and a good bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Value for money. Reception staff friendly and accommodating. I saw that they had tours that you could organise with them as well. If you’re planning to stay here for a bit, I’d recommend renting a bike or car for ease of getting around.

Not recommended
Room was booked for 2 adults & 1 child but only supplied 2 bed pillows. No where to eat unless you paid 300thb each way to be shuttled to nearest restaurant. Kettle was supplied but no cups or tea spoons. Shuttle to airport is not free.

Great location. Tucked away, but still close to the airport, shops, and restaurants. We rented a motorbike for the day for 300 baht (about $9) and were able to explore Nai Yang beaches and the crazy driving.

Not nice but okay for a night
Okay if you need to sleep fast and go to airport. In an empty area with literally nothing near by. Beds are hard as rock, 2 lumpy pillows. Room smelled like moth balls/chemicals. Restaurant food was okay but nothing good. We only stayed for 7 hours until our flight, so for the price it worked but would not stay here any longer than a night. Woman who checked us is was not very pleasant, but the girl who checked us out and the shuttle driver were both very nice and friendly.

Stay was okay
Overall my stay was nice. Im planning to stay for additional one more week because i need some stuff to do here. My only comment was the hotel is under reconstruction at day time so It is very noisy and not comfortable to stay in my room hotel. And the other comment I have there is no nearby restaurant. You need to walk about 15 minutes down to the national high way but a bit dangerous because a lot of dogs at the street.

Best staff in the world!
The staff here are EXTRA kind and very helpful! The rooms are AMAZING for the prices they list, and the cleanliness is perfect! After we had already been checked out for 2 days, we were still renting one of their motor bikes and taking it around Phuket as we were staying in another villa. After we finished and brought the bike back, we asked if we could use a shower, and the owners let us use their personal room when all the others were fully booked! We look forward to coming back again next time!

I recently stayed for one night at this very nice and quiet hotel, that is less then 5 minutes away from the Phuket Airport. I was very nicely surprised with few things - the free transfer shuttle came in few minutes, very nice and friendly person from Nai Yang Place picked me up, and I was by the hotel in a few minutes. Now, there is an elevator inside, very convenient, and the size of the room was bigger that I was accepted. Very clean room, sheets and towels fresh, very quiet air condition, nice balcony , I was very please with everything - staff, room, attention, how quiet it was at night to sleep. Just great! Thank you, guys. Will recommend and will come back.

Close to the airport
Good hotel if you are staying for 1 night between flights. A little bit out of the way, about 1.5 klms. from main road. Very clean, well appointed.

it´s a pity,that only one way(from,or to the Airport) is free, so you have to decide,which way. Still,the payable rate is reasonable.No breakfast available.

Very nice hotel very close to airport.
Had a very nice experience staying here. The receptionist knew English, which was a great relief. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and clean. And well lit. Good hot water in the bathroom. Lot of sockets to charge mobile phones. There was a sink too provided next to the fridge. Room had a balcony.

Nice hotel located right in the green and beach
If the pick up is right in the airport since arrival flight has been given, it would be perfect! It’s because I needed to ask help to call and the phone was not immediately picked up and it takes 10 minutes to arrive. Pick up is included in the rate and that’s most convenient in the early morning at 1:00 a.m. hope the pick up will be improved next time when I stay again.

Good Value
The place was very clean. Getting the shuttle was a little bit of a challenge but that was because we didn’t have a local cell phone. We were only there for one night before going to our resort. Very nice for the cost.

Hard to find address
It was a good place to stay close to the airport. We had a hard time getting an Uber driver to find it. Kind of a weird location that is not by anything.

I stay at this hotel my first night every vacation, because it’s right near the Airport especially for the price. I can leave the airport and arrive at the hotel to rest right away.

Hotel is very basic and we booked 6 months ago so was very cheap. We arrived Phuket at midnight so need a room to rest for a few hours. It's quite close to the airport and the hotel car came pick us up in 10 mins after we called them. Generally satisfactory.

Convenient for airport but isolated location
This hotel is fine for a few hours overnight in preparation for an early flight as it is less than 5 mins from Phuket airport. The rooms are big and clean. However, it is in a very isolated spot and the "restaurant" said to be next door is actually just a very basic kitchen & seating area attached to the reception, offering very basic Thai food. Their minibus was out of action when we were there and the hotel car could only take 3 or 4 people at a time, so our 3.45 am "airport shuttle" was 20 mins late. Lucky it's so close to airport! Good value for what it is, as long as you know the drawbacks.

Stayed here for a single night as I had a very early flight next morning. Room was cleaned comfortable. WiFi in room was strong. Hotel serves food for a couple of hours morning and night. Can't comment as I didn't need a meal. Complimentary airport drop-off was good.
