I like it's very close to the airport. It's just to far from the city. The staff don't speak english to well. The man across the street taxi fares are cheaper then the hotel. Do not order the floating breakfast It's a waste of money.

Great location. I was upgraded to a pool access room which was amazing. The only negative was I wanted to book a taxi to a marina and the front desk quoted me an absorbent amount so I went across the street and booked a taxi for half the price.

Fantastic value for money. I couldn't believe how incredible the rooms, location, and amenities were for how much I was paying. Super location near the airport and the Nai Yang beach.. if you like running, each morning there's a whole community of people taking advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Very family friendly area as well, and the night market right in the backyard was a huge bonus. Massage options right opposite the hotel (Dhara massage) were fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice chill vacation.. the only disadvantage might be that it's far from Phuket old town, and if that's important to you then probably best to pick a place closer to it.

The property was very nice. We had lots of mosquitoes in the room when we arrived. The front desk staff couldn’t communicate very well. Also charged us 250 BHT to get a ride “taxi” in the hotel van to the airport when we purchased a Superior room.

Excellent place to stay, convenient for airport, 5-10 minutes drive. Also well located for Nai Yang beach which is beautiful, and numerous dining options around there. We.had pool access room, well worth the little extra if you like a swim.

Great overnight stay prior to flight.
We were surprised with this hotel. The reviews seemed like the hotel could be poor, however the room was spotless, mattress comfortable, hot water was consistently hot and air conditioning worked perfectly. There's a few eateries nearby as well. Our only minor complaint is the breakfast (450THB per person) was very expensive when considering the range of food provided. We had a look at the food and couldn't justify the cost. We ended up eating at the airport for 2/3 the price the hotel tried to charge. This place was a perfect overnight stay prior to an early flight. Would recommend. A Grab to the airport was 330 THB and took us 10 minutes.

Restful stay
The facilities are clean and quiet. The small touches in the rooms make it feel cozy and comfortable. There is a nice courtyard with lots of greenery which we appreciated.

I LOVED this property! It was so relaxing, so beautiful, honestly enchanting to walk through the garden and pool area. it really truly refreshed me, because we had come from Patong Beach and i hated it there. I was desperate for peace, relaxation, quiet, and luxury, which Proud Phuket lavished upon me. Staff were friendly, even if their English was a bit lacking. The breakfast buffet, however, was TOP NOTCH! the food was so good, the coffee was excellent! I would absolutely stay here again and could not recommend it enough!

The hotel is conveniently close to the Phuket airport and within driving distance for most attractions. The hotel staff were accommodating and great hotel for the low price. My only complaint was that I paid for a poolside room with balcony but was told they were full when I arrived. The staff did transfer me to a room with a poolside view.

因第二天是早機 所以訂了靠近機場較平宜的酒店，所以沒有特別期望，但這酒店真的給我有驚喜，由welcome drink開始，每人一杯即冲手搖飲品，而酒店裝修設計我都很喜歡，房間設備比較簡單，但空間感足夠，要留意房間沒有提供牙刷，但可要求櫃檯提供。酒店位置十分好，近沙灘，鄰近有很多餐廳超級方便。此酒店作為短宿十分推薦👍

Personal opinion, this part of Phuket is worth going to - skip the south end of the island which is a bit trashy. Proud Phuket Hotel is nice and quiet and located within walking distance to the beach. The grounds are classy and has lush vegetation all over the property. You wont have any loud partiers or unruly people floating around. I loved the tranquility.

Great location for airport!
We only stayed 1 night we arrived from Samui 8pm and was flying home next morning. Taxi took about 5 minutes to get to hotel. I saw on a review someone bothered about airplane noise!!! What do you expect booking next to airport. Anyway it never bothered us was lovely room easy check in and we went down at 6.50 am and they called us a taxi which arrived within a couple of minutes 300thb to airport . Absolutely perfect for what we needed.

Great Hotel
This is a great hotel for the price value relationship. I had a pool access room and it was really nice. Bathroom was great breakfast was top notch. Staff was very friendly could not ask for more

I loved this hotel so much, especially because it was close to the airport after a long flight in. I opted for the swim up room which was perfect for my stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again and again.

THIS HOTEL STOLE FROM US
First of all, the hotel was the most disgusting, unkept hotel I have ever stayed in. There were huge bugs everywhere, mold in the rooms, the bed was broken, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The minute we arrived we felt unsafe and unclean and knew we couldn't stay there. I contacted the hotel manager and said that we would be happy to pay for the first night but that the place was very dirty and we could not stay there for the entire booking and would be checking out the next day. They contacted their manager for approval and confirmed that they would reimburse us for the stay 100% . The next day we checked out into a MUUUUUCH better, cleaner, and safer hotel. However now, nearly two months later, the hotel has not refunded us even though we only stayed one night and they agreed to give our money back. They are not being responsive and have stolen our money. This hotel should be shut down !!!

The hotel is very nice however there was work being done which we were not told about before arrival. This meant that the rooftop bar etc were not available. Despite this we will probably use this hotel again.

The bed is super hard, we got there early and the Staff were fab although we couldn’t check in until 2. They said we could use the pool but we wanted to have a drink and some food so we went next door to the tea room. The tea room is fab food fab and service great. We checked in for 3 a little later and we were sent to our room and told the bags would come shortly. Still waiting 45 mins later we went down to get them.. there is a shuttle to the beach and when you are ready you can call them to collect you. We decided to walk and explore. There is a fabulous temple just down the road and a good choice of bars. The rooftop bar isn’t open I’m this hotel and tbh the evening staff weren’t half as nice. There is a great little pizza place across the road from the hotel with great wine and super friendly service I would go there. Again the bed is so hard I didn’t sleep at all

The room is spacious with comfy bed and very good AC! The location of the hotel is good; very close to the airport, beach, national park and lots of restaurants. There’s a 7/11 2 mins away. Across the street there are a few massage places, a bike rental shop, a souvenir shops and a cafe. The hotel provides bikes for rent free of charge. Breakfast at its restaurant is 300BTH. The pool is open until 7 pm. There is a gym but I didn’t check it out. When I first checked in, I was given a room that wasn’t cleaned from the prior guest. I went back to the lobby and they gave me another room. They also gave me a fruit basket to compensate for their error. I had a room on a higher ground and between 7-11 pm it was very noisy to be in the room. There was loud music coming from somewhere (couldn’t figure it out). One thing I didn’t like was that they wouldn’t let me check out a minute after 12pm even though I requested it when I booked. I just needed the room until 1 or 2pm, so I stayed at the outdoor lobby until I had to leave. After reading the previous reviews, I decided to take a taxi not from the hotel to the airport which only costs 200BTH. Also, ask them for your 1000BTH deposit when checking out.

Upon arrival there was a huge bug on the bed but I ignored it, one bug isn’t a big deal. We leave and explore the area to come back the bed and floor covered in ants. The cleaning crew comes in and changes the sheets and sprays raid everywhere but there were still dead ants all over the floor. We called front desk to request a new room and they accommodated us with no problem. The tub had stains, shower and bathroom has no door but a dingy shower curtain... I stayed in Karon for half the price and it was way nice and cleaner. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this area, naiyang beach is incredibly dirty. Stay in karon or kata!!!
