Hotel is so beautiful with amazing view.. room is big and we'll decor on local style, Private balcony is good place to see sapa landscape, breakfast is plenty of choice .. local and western food also.. we had dinner on sapa sky view that locates on seventh floor of hotel.. this may be one of the most beautiful restaurant of this area.. our dinner was too tasty. We really love our stay here

The best hotel with cheap rate, Chau long hotel locates on Sapa centre, just some minutes to get to main street.. very convenient for shopping, the room is nice decorated with balcony to view Muong hoa valley and fansipan mountain, breakfast's excellent with many of choice .. highly recommend.

Great hotel!

We had a lovely 2 day experience. Our room (deluxe) had a wonderful view of the mountains of Sapa. Room was big and comfortable, hotel staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb!! totally recommend it.

I arrived early to the hotel and the staff made it a priority to get my room ready so I could get settled in. They were so accommodating. The room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The staffs very helpful and friendly. I spent my evening at the rooftop restaurant with friends and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Highly recommend this place for all my friends. Thank so much !

Hotel med rogrog god service

Virkelig god service og sød personale, som hjalp med at arrangere ture. Værelset var ok, dog var afløbet i bruseren stoppet. Morgenmad var fin og med flot udsigt. Hotellet så lidt slidt ud men alt i alt et rigtig fint sted.

Chúng tôi nghỉ một đêm tại Châu Long, Phòng rộng và thoáng, có view nhìn ra hướng núi, ban công riêng, nội thất phòng mới, trang thiết bị trong phòng đạt tiêu chuẩn, bữa ăn sáng với nhiều món phục vụ tại nhà hàng tầng bẩy nơi có tầm nhìn và cảnh quan ra phía nui rất đẹp. Rất hài lòng với dịch vụ tại Châu Long

Excellent location, just five minutes to get Chau Long hotel from sapa centre, hotel is big with seven floor, we are lucky for having roon on sixth floor with specular view. Room is well decorated with good equipment, a large private balcony for sightseeing, buffet breakfast is excellent, swimming pool with warm water is good to relax after full day trekking.. we had a lovely holiday. Thanks hotel staff so much !

We had a good time at Sapa and really love our stay at Chau Long hotel, room is so beautiful with stunning view, bed room is clean and comfortable, well equipped and decor.. breakfast served on roof top restaurant is so tasty with a lot of choice, hotel staffs is frendly and helpful, always with smile. Nice hotel, poor customer service.

Stayed here for 1 night and made a late booking. Hotel took 2 hours to confirm booking after showing them confirmation. My confirmation was not good enough. Made me call and message booking agent to gain access. Poor customer service. Lesser hotels showed better accommodation. Not 4 star. Would not recommend to anyone booking last minute. Served hot tea on check in which was nice. Overall room was nice with nice view of mountains.

Slightly dated but nice & great staff.

Nice hotel with lovely views from the bedroom balcony so long as you have good weather otherwise you will just see fog. Staff are very helpful. It's located very close to main road which you can walk to for food, massages etc. Good size room..spacious and bed very comfy.

Family Stay

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel with extra bed for family. Room condition is quite old with dusty wooden cabinet & mirror frame. Shower tap water temperature is sometimes hot then cold. Front desk reception speaks limited English. Hotel buffet breakfast is reasonable quality.
