Stranded in the cold, dirty rooms. Don't go!

Wrong address pinned on Hotels.com. Though it says 24hr frontdesk service available, we arrived at the lobby at 4am, door was lock, the lights were off. We had to call the number pasted on the door, only to be answered by a sleepy man who can't speak English and we waited in the cold - 4 degrees Celsius - for 15 mins before they come and answer the door. Brought us to the room, the heater wasn't working - just awesome~ and the toilet was dirty, the shower head and shampoo bottles were all stained with dirt. Really bad.

Hotel vicino al mercato ed alla fermata dell'autobus in arrivo da Hanoi. E' un pò distante dal centro del paese che comunque è raggiungibile in 15 minuti di passeggiata. La struttura è ordinata e pulita.

L'amabilité et la gentillesse des vietnamiens sont extraordinaires. Il faut aller faire un trek à Sapa avec des gens qui y vivent, vous ne le regretterez pas. Concernant l'hôtel, que dire, il fait cru, froid. Un supplément m'a été demandé pour avoir une chambre avec chauffage. Hotel.com ne le précise pas sur leur site. Juste une nuit, ça m'a suffit...

대부분 좋았으나 안내데스크 아가씨가 지역 차량편을 잘 몰라서 사파에서 박하로 가는데 고생함 사파에서 박하는 08시와 10시에 바로가는 차편이 있슴 아가씨왈? 사파에서 라오까이까지는 버스로 가고 라오까이에서 박하는 택시로 가야 된다고함 방3개 사용

Das Hotel hat schöne, modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Eigentümmer sind nett und hilfsbereit. Da mein Bus nach Hanoi sehr spät fuhr habe ich um einen späteren Check out gebeten und dies wurde ohne zusätzliche Kosten ermöglicht :D

Nice hotel located in the enterance to Sapa, the area is under construction so it’s noisy since the early morning, the owner very nice and helpfull, speaks good english, and take care for your needs.

Excellent base to discover Sapa

For the price, this hotel was an excellent base to explore Sapa. The whole hotel seemed new and in really good condition. The room was spacious even with three of us sharing. The hotel owner was brilliant. He was very friendly and was always on hand to help with anything from booking tours to arranging taxis. The hotel isn’t directly in the centre however a fifteen minute walk will get you to the centre where there’s a choice of restaurants. We used the hotel as a base for a few nights to explore Fansipan Mountain, Bac Ha Market and Cat Cat village before heading uo to Topas Ecolodge. Would definitely recommend.

安靜且乾淨 CP值很高是安靜的好飯店 附近有砂壩市區 貓貓村 纜車等等著名景點 位於沙壩鬧區外圍 特別安靜 但是走到中心要ㄧ小段路

사파에서 묵었던 4일 동안 Golden town hotel 덕분에 매우 행복했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 객실과 로비도 매우 깨끗합니다. 편하게 동네를 돌아다니기에도 좋은 위치입니다. 강추합니다! 이 호텔에 더 묵기 위해서 사파에 한 번 더 가고 싶습니다. I recommend this hotel! I'm sure you will satisfy!
