Location of the hotel is great. By taxi you can get everywhere within 20-30min.
Hotel has clean, has beautiful beach with a soft sand and offer pretty good services on the beach (bar service, complimentary water, towels, sunbeds… They even have a toys for kids to play with them in the sand). Pool area is really nice, with a bar, sunbeds and clean water in the pools.
Food at White restaurant was really delicious. Morning service at the breakfast was really busy, therefore you have to wait a little bit for a coffe etc.
Rooms are clean and spacious. We asked for a kids step stool for our 3years old son in the evening. They told us they will bring it the next day but they never did.
The reception team was kind of condescending (to be exact 2 of them I have dealt with). They did what they had to do, but the attitude was there. I had a feeling that I was bothering the lady during our check in and she was holding her eyes not to roll them really badly.
Other staff besides 2 receptionists was really great, helpful.
After our stay I noticed a discrepancy in the invoice, so I emailed the hotel (jsiinfo@jumeirah.com) asking for explanation. Did not received an answer yet (after 2 days). Before they were answering emails within hours. So be carefull with the invoice at the end of your stay and double check it. They act nice and interested when they want your money. The minute they got it, they loose interest.
