My mother ended up in the hospital and we had to fly home early and she was so helpful and kind. She went above and beyond at every single opportunity. I wish I had gotten her name. She did not speak English and I did not speak Italian but we made it work and she bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. "

There was a marathon that blocked all roads whrn we were leaving and she made a special trip on a Sunday to ensure we could connect with our driver and actually led us to each other using our Whats App and the Italian language! Room was very large compared to others in Rome, huge bathroom and shower, and with a view of the Colosseum. 3 Restaurants on bottom level but so quiet. Metro, bus, 5 minute walk. Highly recommend...
