"This is an older hotel that is showing is age. Okay for an overnight cheap sleep. Staff were not well versed on surrounding restaurants or amenities."

"The pictures don’t tell the truth our room was crowded no table double bed to close to the wall loose electrical wires open in view of room the place is dated even with new renovations poor parking onsite checking in the person was rude and after checking our room out says if don't take till be charge for 2 nights anyway never again we’ll stay at this over priced hotel"

"The hallways leading to the rooms are very narrow and the carpeting needs to be replaced. I stayed two nights. The bathroom sink took a long time to drain. I reported the problem and nothing could be done because it was a weekend. The breakfast was so so the first morning. Both eggs and sausages were cold. It was much better the second morning."

"The AC Is only in the bedroom of the suite , was ok for us But not sure how cool the sitting area would be in hot weather"

"We stayed here one night for my daughter’s birthday. The room was clean and if we needed anything we could just text the front desk and they brought it right up to us. Very friendly staff and great service. The pool is very nice. My daughter loved the water slide the most."

"My friend was squirted in the eye by a child in the pool. There’s no security and it’s like a complete wild goose chase."

"Lovely room, but maid service didn’t show up until after 3:00, and we were already back from our day by then. The bathroom door didn’t lock properly. We had a plumbing problem but that was quickly fixed. Nice hotel, but in this price range i should not experience any problems"

"No air conditioning, which really wasn’t all that bad since we could open the window. The mini fridge just froze everything even on the lowest setting. TV did not work even after asking about it. The insulation in the building must be ancient because we heard everyone all the time coming and going above us and beside us. The room was clean. Wouldn’t stay again because of the amount of noise. Didn’t sleep for 2 nights."

"Breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean and spacious. Location was great to get to Halifax activities. We rented a car so the drive was not hard or far to get to the waterfront. Would definitely stay again. Great value for price."

"Check in was easy. Staff were helpful. The room was quite nice and the bathroom was clean and updated, with a flashy lovely anti fog mirror. The bed was comfortable (very high) but the pillows were all over-stuffed- not a selection of flatter and fluffier. The heater/cooler is the old fashioned type that rumbles, loud+++. So between the ridiculous pillows and the rumble all night, sleep was minimal. The TV was beyond frustrating - two different remotes that each do their own thing, they...
