"We stayed for one night. Once checked into our room, we realized the room hadn’t been cleaned.. We called the front desk and the staff were absolutely incredible! They apologized for the inconvenience, and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite. This issue was handled immediately, I was very impressed! The property is beautiful, and centrally located. "Ac kept the room at a perfect temp for us. Room was clean and fresh. "

"Beds were really comfortable. Fridge , microwave and coffee maker in the room . You could hear every little sound from the hallway. Complementary breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Bathroom unfortunately was cramped. Toilet was really low to the ground. Bathtub was very slippery and if they don’t want someone falling and suing them I would suggest they put some anti slip on it sooner rather then later. Overall a good experience for the cost."

"Overall, our stay was very good, though there were a couple of issues that affected our experience. The room itself was lovely, the complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff were kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. One disappointment was the swimming pool, which was extremely cold — uncomfortably so. "The staff made it quite clear of no smoking, we went up to our room when we arrived, our room reaked of cigeratte smoke, the outlets in bathroom didnt work and the beds were uncomfortable, the place is in a very good area close to things but did not enjoy our stay."

"The staff were truly amazing and made our stay so special for me and my boyfriends anniversary. We got to chat with staff and they greeted us daily. They set up a nice surprise with a card, champagne and cheesecake after we explained why we were staying. They were so warm and welcoming! I will definitely be back again to stay with them, it was truly so amazing and we could’ve have asked for a better anniversary."

"The parking was free and easily accessible, the room was larger than I expected, clean and with big window so a lot of sunlight. It was very quiet at night, the bathrooms were easily available. My only complaint is there was no A/C so I had to sleep with the windows opened because the room got very hot in the afternoon. Overall, well worth the price"

"For that price and name of Hotel we were expected better standards. Washrooms were awful. Outdated. Toilets didn’t flash fully. In bath tub we couldn’t close pug for bathing a child: shower didn’t work fully either. What a disappointment and waste of money! "
