"I had originally booked an accessible room, unfortunately for the wrong night. Upon re-booking correct night there were no accessible rooms available, I messaged the property that I was in need of a downstairs room due to mobility issues, and am very pleased to say, they accommodated my request, as well as providing us with an accessible room. "I had an event in Downtown Sacramento. I like the location and was not planning to hang out at the hotel much. I like that it was reasonably priced and a mile from the event. They had hot coffee in the morning. This served my purposes beautifully."
