"I've stayed here a few times and can honestly say they have very clean rooms. Service yesterday lacked a little but that's nothing to do with staff, the system went down an it delayed everyone trying to check-in. However FOH staff handled it as professional as possible despite the angry mob huddled around them. Overall, I always enjoy staying here, free wifi, guest laundry room, pets are welcomed, Denny's and Jack in the Box are next door. I only wish all the rooms had a smart TV. Sometimes...

"The room looked clean and the beds were neat. However, there was a smell that was like that of homeless people who have not showered for days. I also saw a few cockroaches (or other bugs) in the bathroom area. There are nearby restaurants and a grocer, and the freeway is very close. This location is convenient for travel. I did not use laundry service and my interaction with the staff was minimal but okay."

"Parking was easy and the hotel was easy to find. Beautiful pool but sadly it was closed for some reason. It did appear that there were two vehicles that were packed with stuff, and that people might be living in the vehicles. The room was clean but floor needed to be washed.
