Great hotel located in downtown near lots of shopping and food. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Will definitely stay here again

Enjoyed the hotel didn’t like offsite parking across the street needs more menu options for room service Turkey breakfast options but a very cool old style hotel great service and great location for downtown events. I recommend

The room, the hotel decor & upkeep were very nice. The staff was exceptional. The only down side was the bed was made up very poorly & REALLY uncomfortable. The one night we ate at the restaurant we waited over 45 min for our food, with no price break.

I enjoyed my room on the 6th floor of this hotel, very pleasant room design. The main lobby feels pleasant and welcoming. Easy acces to good restaurants and downtown touristic places like the Capitol, the Stanford Mansion and the main cathedral.

Location was nice and convenient to get to a lot of places. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, horrible water pressure, pool was closed, no coffee or water available for guests in the lobby, no room service, long wait times to call to front desk. The food from the hotel restaurants were very flavorful and large portions.
