We are very surprised that at Hotel this level the towels were very coarse very hard to dry out after the shower and very small and we only had two towels available which most hotels at this level would have at least 4 towels avaiable
There was no robe available
The frigo bar was absolutely 100% empty
The place was under construction in renovation and it felt like we were going to a motel instead of actual hotel five star Hotel
There was no room service for Food after 10:00 PM
I could go on and on about how a place in full renovation should not have charged at the high price of they charged us for the room
I’ll definitely not go back and I would ask anyone to check about this hotel before going if they have finished their renovation if all those items have been completed otherwise there are plenty of hotels available in the area that are much better
