We had done this but was a warm evening so made little difference (and was very noisy!). No real sympathy/recognition from reception that we were a family of 4 with the 2 children really struggling. Token gesture of asking how our stay was in the morning - I again fed back that it was very warm but there was no acknowledgement."

"Room was clean, but very hot. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work. We could not find the location of the hotel shuttle at Malpensa Terminal 1 as the signs in the airport were wrong so had to take a taxi. We booked a shuttle to take us back to the airport the next morning and when we reserved it we were not told that it was €10 per person. This would have been helpful to know as a taxi would have been cheaper."

"Beautiful hotel and strategic location- very friendly staff - good breakfast selections. Room was spacious and beautiful with large Terrace overlooking the lake from both sides. Would have preferred to have a coffee machine in the room, but the bar was fast in providing coffee when needed. Highly recommend to friends and family."
