"The owner of this property left us abandoned and helpless. We arrived in Rome after 11pm, which the host knew in advance and acknowledged. Though the check in window was earlier than this, we thoroughly communicated our late arrival with the staff, and they assured us that it was okay. They did not indicate that there would be any issues with our late arrival especially since we have advanced notice. When it came time to check in, the host was unresponsive even after multiple calls and messages...

The best part for us was the wonderful breakfast we received each morning. It was perfect for getting us going the three days we could take advantage of it. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
