"The young man at the front desk seemed quite stressed. When he asked for the ID of the person who made the reservation, I couldn't remember if I had booked it under my name or my husband's. He asked for a phone number, and when he couldn't find the booking under mine, he was quite arrogant; he immediately took my husband's number and completely ignored me, acting very unkindly and somewhat dismissively toward me. I felt terrible at that moment. However, I am writing this review so that he might change his attitude and realize he should always treat everyone with the same courtesy, regardless of whose name is on the reservation—especially since I was the one who chose this hotel. Otherwise, the breakfast staff and everyone else are very friendly, the hotel has excellent facilities, and we love the breakfast."

"El hotel súper bien ubicado cerca de todo, la habitación limpia rápido el wit televisor con acceso a Netflix y demás servicios, el desayuno rico y funcional y el personal del desayuno muy atentos, la piscina climatizada, tiene buenos horarios de check in y check out, en mi caso fue la entrada a las 3 y la salida a las 12 del día. Algo a destacar y agradecer mucho es que se me quedaron mis medicamentos preventivos de la presión y me los guardaron y al otro día pude pasar a recogerlos, es un bonito gesto, gracias"

"Check-in was the best I’ve ever had, the gentleman that checked us in was super helpful and ever so informative. He explained everything and left nothing to think about. Captiva Room was so nice, very clean and head everything we could ask for. Property was well maintained and had so many activities and all was included. Ate dinner at Rae’s restaurant which was delicious. Great way to celebrate my wife’s birthday."

"We love staying at Tween Waters on Captiva Island! We have stayed here several times. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the bay from our room! We met friends here and we all had fun over the 4th of July. It is so nice to enjoy the pool, the beach and restaurants at Tween Waters but what we love the most is being able to go boating while we are there. We usually bring our own boat but this time our friends brought their boats. It is nice to be able to enjoy boating and using the boat docks along with all the great amenities that Tween Waters offers!"
