"The sunset is a great inn to rest for the night. Quiet throughout . The grounds are well taken care of. The breakfast is the best. I wish for one improvement. The bath towels could be larger and more absorbent."

"I was put on the DO NOT RENT LIST from this motel for leaving an honest review. They retaliated on my review which is not necessary and illegal. I was text messaged by the manager as well telling me why I was put on their DO NOT RENT LIST. I stay in this town every week for work any it has very minimal motels. The front desk staff and manager are very unprofessional and rude. The motel itself has lots of maintenance issues as well. "

"The place was lovely, but I would add a mattress topper to the master and second bedroom. The bed was a brick. Also, the second bathroom could use a deep clean. The couch was confortable, but also could use a deep clean. The ice machine didn't work, but there was a bag of ice in the freezer which was a nice touch. "Conveniently located, just off US10. Excellent access to gas stations, pharmacy, medical, restaurants (affordable). Good sized ADA rooms on first floor. No smokings rooms but smokers just sit right outside the doors and smoke even thought there’s an open space made available. Pet friendly. Former Motel 6 so it’s a good, affordable 3 star motel. Staff were very pleasant and agreeable to deal with."

"The bathroom needs improvement. Shower leaks all over the floor and you can see the damage from long time leaks. Room was clean though. It’s not far from the highway so there is traffic noise and also early morning noise from guests that work in the area and start early in the mornings. Overall it was what I expected for a small town. Being clean though was a big plus!"

I felt very unsafe on the first floor, as anyone could have come through the window. The room was also very dirty and looked like they started a flooring project but decided to randomly stop for no reason."
