"La camera era molto spaziosa, ma con finestra che non si poteva aprire. Dalla descrizione doveva esserci il frigorifero che invece non c era. Inoltre, sempre dalla descrizione dell hotel sembrava possibile consumare anche la cena, impresa che si è rivelata veramente difficile."

"Staff friendly. check in smooth and quick. Clean quiet room
Shower was hot, but not enclosed properly, water leaked out when showering. On the whole good. If I flew from Stansted, would book again, Directions not clear to get there from the airport"

"Very clean hotel. Stayed there for a conference although the majority of guests are on airport transit from Stansted airport. Including breakfast at the price I paid would have been nicer"

"These comments are not for publication but rather for Expedia to consider how they rate the Inn.
When we arrived at 8.30pm the Car Park was full, so it was a surprise that no-one was in pub. We never saw another guest during our stay. It felt that the business was struggling. A bit too quiet. Staff were ok.
Room facilities were ok including a very comfortable large bed.
A little disappointed that we had to ask for the heating to be put on in the room after we arrived.
The heating had not gone...
