I can’t get anyone to call me back about the item I left in my room. They did say they found it and would email me shopping info.. No email!!! 4 calls no results! Waiting for the GM to call but still no luck.

The neighborhood is sketchy and the parking lot floods like crazy but the staff were amazingly kind and helpful, making up for anything negative. Thank you Michael and staff for making us feel at home
