"Very good hotel. The rooms was very nice and clean and it is in a nice quiet location. The only downside was the windows had a curtain you could not open it seemed. Lovely staff and comfy room, though."

"Wonderful, clean, very close to the train station so super convenient. The Onsen was amazing and clean."

"It’s a good hotel that had a good bang for buck in Kyoto. That being said, the property was not very well maintained (specially the paint was peeling a bit off and the AC was louder than others I’ve seen at other hotels) that being said, the property is being renewed at the moment and I expect it to improve once the renovations are complete."

"We loved the size of the room and the bigger bathroom, also had a washing machine which was very handy. Staff were excellent and location was good."

"Good place."

"Five star experience at this hotel. Our favorite stay of our trip so far. Across the street from Toji station, a few restaurants close by and walking distance to the mall, Lawson's across the street as well. Staff spoke English well and helped with everything, all the questions we had. Rooms were spacious, very clean, lots of toiletries provided. "Zero complaints. Everything ran smoothly. Would recommend"

"Cups are always thoroughly washed. However, carpets need to be vacuumed. The hotel is within 6 minutes' walk to Kyoto JR station. The station accomodates Shinkansen, JR lines, Kyoto Municipal Subway, and Kintetsu Railway. There is a city bus terminal on the north side of the JR station. One can get around landmarks in different areas of the city. Porta Dining is located underneath the station. Restaurants of diverse cuisines are available there."

"The property was very quant. The rooms impeccable and spacious. Love the Toto toilets the staff has helpful, friendly and knowledgeable"

"We had 2 rooms for our extended family of 5 adults at the end of September. The rooms at Sunrise Suites are spacious, clean and well appointed. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The property is close to transit and family rooms give a great view of Toji Temple right across the street. We appreciated the convenience of the small open kitchen, large washroom and living spaces, and washer/dryer combo. Room temperature was easy to manage with fluctuating weather conditions. The only downsides for...

"When I walked into this space I felt like I was a millionare that could actually afford a place like this! The pictures are real! First place we stayed that had room service breakfast for free! It was just so lovely and delicious!! I felt like royalty! EXCEPTIONAL in all aspects!!"

"Almont is an easy walk from Kyoto Station, yet a world away--quiet, sleek, with staff who are attentive to every detail. I have been staying here every number of months for a number of years now, and this property is still my favorite. Thank you."

"チェックイン機に同行者の住所まで必須となっていてとても手間取った（結果、フロントの人が来てスキップしてくれたが・・・）。"
