"A really nice hotel with a wonderful rooftop bar. Very conveniently located in the heart of Pointe a Pitre. Staff was very friendly."

"Apparently when you reserve a room, you receive an email that has the gate code for property entry and another code for the lock box for key to the room. We didnt receive the email and at 7 pm no one is anywhere to help you. The cell phone signal doesn't exist out there. So make sure you have everything and email with codes or it will take up to 4 hours to finally get the codes for rntry"

"Endroit calme, environnement agréable."

"It was good while it lasted."

"There was a rat on some wires above the check in area."

"Trevligt boende som ligger helt ok."

"Lítil þjónusta. Enginn starfsmaður á staðnum nema i morgunmat.

"Pros: * super friendly staff * good location Cons: * no restaurant - the hotel emailed us 6 times before our stay. Not a single time did they let us know their cook had quit so they closed the restaurant. This was one of the reasons we had picked this hotel. * no AC - the air conditioner wasn't working in our room with 90F weather. As it blew hot air, I turned it off and asked them to fix it. So insulting, they told me it worked, I just had to find the remote and turn it on! So I called...

"The property needs to be upgraded. The furniture on the balcony was dingy and unattractive. The tiles on the perimeter of the balcony as moldy. The views were lovely. The hotel is located in the heart of everything on the beach. It would lovely if it was refreshed "

"The staff was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. The grounds were lovely and the pool was always very clean. Great property!"

"This is more an rbn’b than a hotel. There is no reception desk which made it a bit challenging. The area is not so appealing, but everything else was a great experience. The apartment was fully equipped for cooking if you so desired. There is no shop or restaurant in the immediate vicinity."
