"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "The description of the property was not at all accurate. The pool was big but was not at all a ”resort pool”. The dishwasher didn’t work, showers didn’t work properly, AC couldn’t keep up with the heat. It wasn’t close to anything. Nothing. No coffee maker or ice maker. Literally 4 plates. It was not well appointed. It was really disappointing. "

"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

"Property owened took my money....BEWARE!!!I showed up to this beautiful gated community to be advised that they dont have my name for check-in. I contacted the phone number given thru the reservation-the answering machine said to contact thru whatsapp which I did but all my messages went unanswered however I can see that my messages were seen. "Well, what can i say about the villas at cool shade. It was spectacular. The entire villa was impeccably clean. Lush gardens and flowers. The rooms and decor were a breath of fresh air while staying true to its island feel with their vibrant colors. The pool! Oh my the pool! My kids and i couldn't get enough of the pool. "The Villa is very beautiful! It has a pool, bar, and very friendly staff. It's close enough to town and there are few spots that are walking distance to buy food and snacks. The location is okay but everything you need is a very short drive away. The staff is very friendly and everyone is available when needed. "When we got off the plain it was an 1hr or so drive. The property was not noticeable once we were in the area we drove around another 45 minutes looking for the place when we finally arrived we could not enter someone finally let us in the property date where does the gated community then we waited another 3 hours to enter the property as the lady stated it was our fault no one was there for 3 hours once in the property it was not clean they had to send a cleaning crew the next morning all the blame was put on me I was in a foreign country getting off a plane the neighbors were very concerned of us standing outside for that long no food no water and happened to use the restroom but one scene and clean we had a minor flood from the rain no big deal not to me anyway maybe to someone else it was relaxing"
