"Excellence"

"Everything was really great. The staff was nice, the location was really great, away from the noisy streets but close enough to easily walk to and from popular destinations. However, the only downside of this hotel is how thin the walls are. We would wake up because tvs were so loud and whenever we would pass by other rooms in the hallway we could hear others inside their rooms (privacy issues). Other than that, this place was great. :)"

"This is my third visit to New Orleans and my third day at Hotel Saint Pierre! Location, location, location! Phenomenal phenomenal staff! Each one has gone out of the way to help me out! I met one when I arrived in Tyler when I left, I will never stay anywhere else in New Orleans"

"Didn't use the pool, to many screaming kids in it. I asked for a location not near kids and was placed in a room that I heard nothing but screaming kids in the pool, unable to get any rest."

"My room was clean and comfortable. Some of the room areas need updating but it’s not bad. Location is very close to Bourbon Street lots of food options in the area. I would stay again."

"Perfect location to explore the city from on foot with a really friendly staff. The pool is great for a quick dip to cool off in during the hotter parts of the day. And even though it’s in the French Quarter it is very quiet at night."

"We enjoyed our stay immensely! The hotel was clean, the housekeeping staff was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The only 2 drawbacks were that the fridge didn't keep anything cold and the blankets are very thin. We requested extras and were given 2 so that fixed the issue. I'm sure we could have had the fridge switched out but we weren't that worried about it. All in all a great stay in a great hote."

"The food was pretty poor for breakfast. The porch was good and that was about it porridge. Our shower was slightly broken and weird. There’s cracks in the ceiling. The beds were way too soft. It seemed better days for sure. I candy. It’s not otherwise it was in a good location. The people who worked there are super nice no complaints there. Breakfast was lamentable."
