"The casino was okay it was hard to get drinks service when playing casino slot machines and the hotel room that was assigned to us was infested with nets after complaining for two days they finally moved us to another room which was a lot better. We will not stay there again until they update their hotel rooms and cleaning facilities otherwise we had awesome time in New Orleans "

"Great Location and not in the heart of French Quarter, which is good. Only 5 minute walk to French Quarter. A lot of old world charm but still with modern conveniences. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Looking forward to going back next year. "

"The facility was bland and void of any life save for the two war bodies behind the counter and a homeless person outside. Our room was uncleaned with duffle of clothes on the dresser. Pictures available. The American flag out front was weather worn to shreds. We didn’t walk, we ran from this place. If Expedia proceeds to bill us for this travesty, it will the end of OUR relationship with them. Radisson should be ashamed to be associated. "

"The staff were all very nice and rooms were clean. It was a great location, close enough to walk to everything but not loud. Be aware there is no elevator and there are 3 floors. It is a charming building with a beautiful little courtyard."

"When I checked in the bed had blood stains which I took pics of and showed them along with toe nail clippings between both beds. I slept fully clothed on top of blankets. Never again will I stay at a Hilton. "

"If you like unique accommodations that are not cookie-cutter like all chain accommodations are, stay at a wonderful location in the French Quarter. The outdoor areas are filled with gardens and beautiful greenery. We were in room 303 and heard no noise at night! We highly recommend this beautiful property"

There is not a better located property, there's not a prettier courtyard, and all that exposed original brick in the guest rooms makes my heart happy. "Valet parking only or you have an option to park on public lots near the hotel. The cost ranges from 22.00 to 30.00 per day. Hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and accomodated 6 people. I will note the shower knob was loose and fell off a few times. Toilet paper holder fell apart a couple of times. Housekeeping was Awesome. Responded quickly and express their willingness to assist us. Canel street is in walking distance in addition to several reastaurants near by."
