I asked for a refund so i could make a new reservation. They responded that they will try to fix the problem and let me know by the day of the reservation, which made me uncomfortable. And the day of the reservation I was advised that the problem was fixed, however the apartment was not available to check in until after 5pm, as the cleaners were there....
