"I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days....

"Beautifully maintained “mansion” with wonderful rooms. Quiet, huge room, comfortable bed, great shower and jetted tub. Fridge and coffee in the hall. AC. Nice breakfast spot just down the hill. Great location—right next to the amazing library and a couple blocks from downtown."

"We hosted a bridal shower for my soon to be daughter-in-law in the Hennessy suite. From the second we pulled up to the Crosby, all hands were on deck helping to bring all of our party supplies to the room. Greeted by staff and manager and personally escorted to the room to make sure we had everything we needed. The suite was perfect for the occasion, clean, spacious, comfortable, it was perfect. We had an amazing time at the Crosby and the Stillwater area."

"This hotel had the perfect location right when you enter downtown. It was close to a variety of restaurants, bars and stores. We were able to walk to the pedestrian bridge by the river in less than 5 minutes. Valet parking was available for a small fee if you can’t find parking in the street. We will be back!"

"I stayed here some years ago and this property was great. It’s really gone downhill since the last time I was there. The downsides were the room was pretty filthy and the mattress protector underneath the sheets looked like it had never been cleaned, and had all kinds of interesting stains. "I booked this stay for both of my daughters’ birthdays who are 4 days apart. When I arrived, I did the usual - ID, CC for incidentals, got the room keys. It was only the. I was notified the pool and hot tub were under construction and not in working order. I commend the front desk person as he graciously cancelled my rooms w/o any fees.
