"Very disappointed the made to order o letters weren’t offered for breakfast. Your breakfast quality is the reason I stay at your hotel vs comparable hotels. Is this a permanent decision, location decision, or a one off?"

"This was a spacious room with a useful desk to get work done. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was a hot and cold buffet and food and drinks are available 24/7 just behind the front desk plus a convenience store on the ground floor. The location was fine for walking to the convention center, about 10 minutes, and much less expensive than hotels adjacent to the conference. The downtown area felt safe during the day but was deserted at night even on the weekend (I walked fast). "

"Upon entering our assigned room, we were immediately confronted with a deeply unsettling situation: the carpet contained multiple stains, some of which appeared to be blood, with certain marks looking disturbingly fresh. This discovery raised significant concerns regarding hygiene and guest safety standards. We promptly reported this matter to the front desk during our stay, requesting a thorough and immediate deep cleaning of the affected area. The presence of such a blatant disregard for cleanliness in a guest room is unacceptable and completely compromised our sense of comfort and well-being throughout our visit."

"Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and sauna which was so nice on a chilly evening. Dinner at Kyndred was delicious…do not skip over the Baked Alaska. Pizza and pasta were both perfection. Rooms are always spotless. We had some tech issues with the TV which doesn’t normally happen here. Ten drops was convenient for a quick cup of coffee and parfait. We always enjoy coming to this Omni. It’s top of the line. "

"This hotel is actually very nice. We've stayed before. Only issues we're the particular room. Some tub drainage problem and defected hair dryer. Staff immediately addressed both issues."
